Hi, Nylo de Meijer here, born in 1993. I like music and coffee. Not enough time to read everything below? Here’s what I am on an almost daily basis: entrepreneur, designer, photographer, booker, social media manager, videographer, bartender, music, perfectionist. Got enough time? Please, read on.
I can describe myself in the best way by saying that I hate to sleep. Sleep is overrated and watching Netflix is a no-go. I honestly love to work and learn as much as I possibly can about everything. I’m an extremely enthousiast graphic designer, photographer and videographer.
I started my own alternative online music magazine, Smash Press, when I was 18 years old. I am still the proud owner of Smash Press and working with the best 11 man counting team I could wish for.
Next to Smash Press I am a designer, photographer and videographer for my own business. I’ve been working at concerts, photographing bands, at Lowlands, FortaRock, Jera On Air, Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live (used to be Heineken Music Hall), 013, Melkweg, TivoliVredenburg and many more big (and small) venues.
At J.C. de Dukdalf, an alternative pub, I’m busy as well. Photographing, designing, booking, managing social media, being a bartender and promoting shows is what I love doing there.
My last job was at Centralpoint.nl as a visual designer, photographer and social media manager. On a daily basis I protect the corporate identity, design special webpages about the likes of Samsung, HP, Dell and more and do e-mailmarketing. “Centralpoint is the biggest ICT-supplier of The Netherlands with an annual revenue of more than 120 million.”
Currently working at ZZESTO, where we create identities and give things a meaning and a face. We design books to promote selling buildings that are worth millions of euros. But we also do websites and corporate identities now and then.
To get in contact, please fill this contactform or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can send a mail in English or in Dutch! Or Spanish and Russian. But I don’t speak Spanish or Russian, so I won’t reply. Or I will… But you ehh… Well… You know… Ah, please, use English or Dutch.
